The AI Strategy Working Group is one of our Councils, a vetted network of senior executives committed to developing and deploying AI strategies within global organizations. In this forum, members share valuable insights, explore emerging tools, discuss practical use cases, and engage with thought leaders. Upcoming AI Strategy Group Meetings • In our April meeting on April 3rd, 11am ET, 9am PT, we will continue our round table discussion and move from Governance towards the challenge of Strategic and Cultural Alignment. In addition, Charlene Li and Katia Walsh will give a short introduction to their survey we have distributed among members, the results of which will form part of the conversation of our meeting on May 1st. They will also share a sneak preview of their upcoming book "Threats, Bets & No Regrets: How to Create a Winning Generative AI Strategy" with our members. • On May 1st 11am ET, 9am PT, our group conversation will be led by Charlene Li and Katia Walsh, with a focus on all things AI Strategy. • June 5th 11am ET, 9am PT, we will continue our monthly discussion. • And also in June, on June 12th, we will have our first in-person AI Strategy Group meeting. This will be held in Dublin, Ireland.
