It’s interesting when it comes to Gen AI there are many views and mis alignment. However, it is indeed true to head GenAi, the selection of a right candidate goes beyond a technical and operational criteria. It needs diverse skills to embrace the position e.g. strategic mindset, anticipatory foresight, ability to hold opposing views, seeing beyond a current to build change. The chosen candidate must have the tenacity to navigate and continue to ride the growth and changes of Gen Ai to go beyond traditional structure of limitations and confinement to what is possible in envisioning and redefining, carrying out in implementation with confidence. Well-thought-out Ai drives significant productivity, transforms disparate large data to intelligent predictive analytics for decision-making; increasing the possibility of exponential growth of revenue, reducing the labourious - intensive workload to efficiency and speed to market to serve. #AI #leadershipintech

In this forum, members share valuable insights, explore emerging tools, discuss practical use cases, and engage with thought leaders. Upcoming AI Strategy Group Meetings • In our April meeting on April 3rd, 11am ET, 9am PT, we will continue our round table discussion and move from Governance towards the challenge of Strategic and Cultural Alignment. In addition, Charlene Li and Katia Walsh will give a short introduction to their survey we have distributed among members, the results of which will form part of the conversation of our meeting on May 1st. They will also share a sneak preview of their upcoming book "Threats, Bets & No Regrets: How to Create a Winning Generative AI Strategy" with our members. • On May 1st 11am ET, 9am PT, our group conversation will be led by Charlene Li and Katia Walsh, with a focus on all things AI Strategy. • June 5th 11am ET, 9am PT, we will continue our monthly discussion. • And also in June, on June 12th, we will have our first in-person AI Strategy Group meeting.
