I wrote a piece for the Atteline blog and I'd love to hear your thoughts. In this piece, I delve into the subtle yet pervasive gender biases that many women face in professional settings. From unsolicited comments in an elevator to systemic issues in the workplace, these microaggressions add up. Why is it important to talk about this? Because recognising and addressing these small indignities is crucial for creating truly inclusive environments. I discuss personal experiences and broader societal implications, highlighting how these moments can shape our interactions and self-perception. Let's have more conversations on how we can all contribute to dismantling everyday sexism in our workplaces. #GenderBias #Inclusion #ProfessionalWomen #Leadership #Empowerment
