“We’ve got nothing to talk about” Said no university, ever. If you’re a higher education institution (the kind of client we work with most), you’ll likely to have the opposite problem. Couldn't agree more. Institutions sitting on treasure troves of insights and stories and what really worries me is that none of it is used in the recruitment process - once a prospective student reaches out they get bombarded with transactional content instead of transformational stories that lead to interest and conversions.
