PULL ALL PARTS IN STOCK!!! I cannot count the times I have had to reschedule work, pull a technician off a job, and call a customer to let them know their machine would not be repaired as scheduled because the parts department did not pull all the parts in stock. This directly affects your customers' trust in you and their satisfaction with your service. As illustrated in my book Service by the Boxes, the little things will haunt you and destroy your customers' trust in you. Just to remind you, pulling all parts in stock is crucial for your operations. Let's stay focused and ensure we don't miss any part. This is a crucial part of your process and ensures you can deliver on our promises to our customers.
