We spoke to Theresa from HR department and asked her a few questions. These were her thoughts: ◾ How would you describe the team dynamics and collaboration at TRG? “Cross-departmental collaboration always broadens my knowledge and perspective, regardless of whether my colleagues are in Kiel or Düsseldorf.” ◾ What specific project and achievements are you particularly proud of? “I’m especially proud when I find someone who enriches our TRG team, both professionally and personally.” ◾ What makes working at TRG unique? “The location-independent flexibility. I can work when I’m at my most productive and when it best fits into my family life. I like to work for 1-2 hours in the morning while my kids are still asleep, then take a break to drop them off at daycare, and continue working afterwards—either from the office or remotely.” ◾ What’s the craziest moment in your life? “When I was 20, I fulfilled a childhood dream: a bungee jump in New Zealand. Just like then, I now trust in TRG’s support and flexibility, allowing me to leap into new challenges—always securely tethered.” ◾ What should people know about TRG? “TRG is the most family-friendly employer I’ve ever had, where I feel my strengths are truly utilized.
