Daily thoughts from sunny Greenpoint, Brooklyn: Personal Advisor/ Accountability groups have been my biggest growth unlock. I believe they are the future of community - driving towards your specific goals vs around courses or networking alone (current state). I’m in 2 (they’ve unlocked so much growth): HD Method - dropped 26+ lbs in about 4 months. The group has gently pushed me to blow past the inputs required to hit my goals resulting in (you guessed it) me blowing past my goals. Sidebar - set personal goals with my peer board of director group made up of gtm execs and founders. We will be meeting every other week alongside a facilitator to ensure we are working towards our specific goals. The connection is next level as we are invested in everyone’s success. Rowe Price on 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟐𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 in 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞, 𝐌𝐃. DesignFest is a dynamic, collaborative experience where nonprofit leaders, community advocates, and designers come together to tackle pressing challenges and develop quick-fire solutions and design concepts in partnership with Baltimore's robust nonprofit community. Throughout DesignFest, participants will work alongside designers to spark fresh ideas, develop creative solutions, and take the first steps in shaping transformative projects that further each nonprofit's important mission. Built environment projects started at DesignFest can grow beyond the event.
