I help teams navigate the messy middle by untangling dysfunction, building trust, clarifying roles and expectations, and developing simple processes to support their work.

Do you identify as a leader who is looking to start the year inspired? Join us for the next Guilt-Free Book Club on Tuesday, January 30th, at 6 PM at Fabrik in NYC, as we dive into 'Unleashed: The Unapologetic Leader’s Guide to Empowering Everyone Around You' by Frances Frei and Anne Morriss. Whether you’ve finished the book, read a few chapters, or simply want to join the conversation, everyone is welcome. Not in NYC? We’re open to hosting a virtual book club on a separate day and time for those outside the area—drop a comment to let me know if you’re interested! #FrancesFrei #AnneMorris #unleashed #bookclub #guiltfreebookclub #leadership https://lu.ma/oc3ad9pi

I partner with Product Leaders to drive transformative product-led outcomes 📈 Community builder in NYC - Cohost of Product Leadership Breakfast NYC & Co-founder of Coaching Corner 👫 DM me, I’d love to meet you!

This past year, I've had the privilege of hosting a dozen Product Leader Breakfasts with my partner in crime Prerna Singh. That's a lot of coffee & croissants 😮💨. It all started as an experiment to get grounded back into the local Product community as I navigated soloprenuership. I got more out of it than I bargained for: Each and every Breakfast I hosted I left feeling inspired to continue building spaces for authentic connection, particularly for Product folks. So, to celebrate a year of breakfasts, we're hosting a holiday happy hour next week, Dec 4th at Fabrik. If you're a Product Leader based in NYC, join us! I'd love to meet you. 🎁 https://lu.ma/v0jvau04

Passionate community builder and facilitator, customer advocate, product adoption enabler

I went on a field trip to Fabrik for a Lunch & Learn and met so many inspiring community builders and professionals. I'm reminded that in these times, community will continue to be the fuel that enables us to go further and farther with our mission. It's a beautiful space and concept, and I would love to see something similar pop up in Paris. Nicely done, Jaclyn Pascocello 👏

    Co-Founder | Community Manager | Occasional CEO @ Tightknit 🧶

What happens when you put 100 of the top community builders in NYC in a room for a night? Your jaw hurts, you hear a buzzing sound in your ears for a week (no, it's not tinnitus), you go home and PTFO, and you ask yourself for a week if it would be funny to start a community called "Extroverts Anonymous." Well, we did this event in the summer. Some of you missed it. But we're doing it again on December 5th. The Community Builder Winter Social. If you went to the event, you have already scrambled into the comments for the link. But if you didn't... you've been warned. The word "community" will never sound the same again. This time, we have a form. But we also want aspiring community builders. So here's my ask: - Sign up if you're in NYC, you're free on December 5th, and the word "community" gets you hot and bothered. ✨ Extra credit: Tell me in the comments what kind of community you are building so I know you want it 💪 - If you do not live in NYC but live vicariously through your friends, tag the one who vibes. ✨ Extra credit: Give them a nomination speech in the comments. This one is just fun and helps you share the love. s/o to my cohosts Derek Kastner of Fabrik and Ruthie Berber, a "name," community addict, and NYC chapter leader of Led by Community. #community #extrovertsanonymous

Personal Chef - Owner | Well Stocked NYC | In-home cooking and meal prepping for busy parents and professionals in New York City

This Wednesday in TriBeCa: join People Who Thrive, a networking event that makes it easy to meet new people and be part of a community of go-getters going after their goals, together. At every People Who Thrive event, a speaker talks for 10 minutes about a time in their life or their career when they asked for help, and receiving that help had a transformative impact. Then, everyone has one minute to address the group and share their elevator pitch, an "ask" (something they need help with), and an "offer" (a way they can be of service to others). When the floor is open for 1:1 conversations, it's easy to walk right up to someone you can help, someone who can help you, someone who is working on something inspiring, or someone who you might want to be friends with. This month's speaker is Jaclyn Pascocello. Jaclyn Pascocello is the founder of Fabrik, a community space/ "third space" where she's building an innovative solution to combat the loneliness epidemic and create more connection and belonging in our increasingly disconnected world and workplaces. A serial startup founder, Jaclyn has a proven track record of building and scaling startups, including her role as CEO of Heywear and COO of Spacious (acquired by WeWork). When: 6:30pm, Wednesday, 11/20 Where: Fabrik, 12-16 Vestry Street, 4th floor Register here: https://lu.ma/56gbzt2e
