#Squash is often cited as a sport that significantly improves fitness and health. However, not everyone can enjoy this dynamic sport. Why? Mainly due to the high level of fitness required. Nonetheless, the integration of machine vision in sports and leisure is making the sport more accessible and offering great benefits.   We are pleased to share with you one of the projects of MV Center, a company within our Capital Group - an interactive application designed for learning and improving squash skills. This application integrates advanced ball detection and human motion tracking technologies to not only assist in skill enhancement, but to also provide an innovative form of entertainment. What do we mean by that? The wall-mounted interactive games, where points are earned by shooting monsters or destroying buildings with a squash ball, introduce new possibilities for physical activity. First Biomimetic Robots, Like in "Westworld," Have Been Created Clone Alpha - a humanoid robot with synthetic organs and water-powered artificial muscles. I'll say it again and again: the entry of technological progress into the realm of singularity compresses the time between breakthrough tech innovations from decades to days. By the end of 2024, human-like figures and movements of android robots no longer surprise anyone. But imagining androids with biomimetic architecture among us just a year ago was possible only for Hollywood screenwriters. The word "biomimetic" in the name of these robots' architecture means using synthetic versions of human organ systems: • Artificial muscles called Myofibers that contract using water pressure (Myofibers can contract 30% in under 50 milliseconds, generating a kilogram of force from just three grams of material) • A polymer skeleton with 206 bone analogues (articulated joints with artificial ligaments providing dozens of degrees of freedom) and a hydraulic "vascular system" powered by a compact 500-watt pump • A nervous system based on "Cybernet," Clone's visuomotor model, with four depth cameras for environmental tracking All this, according to the developers, provides speed, precision, and dexterity of robot movements, making them indistinguishable from humans. "According to the developers" means that the biomimetic android Clone Alpha is highly classified, and therefore not yet shown to journalists. It's only known that: • The biomimetic arm of this android has been tested and demonstrated in action (skillfully waving a 7-kg dumbbell) • Orders for the first 300 complete Clone Alpha androids are being accepted for delivery in the first half of 2025 (price is only rumored) For now, everyone is eagerly awaiting a demonstration and more information.
