spray foam insulation is much more effective in many ways over traditional foam board or fibrebatt insulation products. Spray foam is an excellent thermal barrier with R value of over 5 per inch thickness, much better than fibreglass. Spray foam is an air barrier, that is air will not penetrate through the foam creating an air seal and because the foam takes the shape of the space into which it is sprayed, it is effective in particularly odd shaped spaces. Spray foam is a closed cell product and so is also a great vapor barrier. This is important to control the movement of moist air from the inside to the exterior of a wall assembly because at some point in the wall assembly the wet moist air will reach a cold point and condense into a liquid which will cause all kinds of problems in the wall - rot, mold, etc.. So, although spray foam is a bit more expensive, it does the job of three membranes - thermal, air and vapor barrier - in one application.

On the basis of maintaining the advantages of the original PP-R product, the product also has the following characteristics: 1. The linear expansion coefficient is only about 20~30% of the ordinary PP-R product; Completely solve the problem of plastic pipe expansion 2. The rigidity of the pipe is enhanced to prevent the sagging phenomenon of the pipe. At the same time, the density and number of fixed support points are reduced, so as to reduce the comprehensive cost of the project 3. Higher pressure class, longer service life under the usual design of tremor force 4. Better high temperature resistance, energy saving and consumption reduction effect; Fr/PP-R application in hot water system, normal use temperature can reach 95~100, not only improve the use of medium temperature, but also reduce the thickness of insulation material, its comprehensive cost is lower 5. Large water flow: under the same level of pressure, the wall thickness of FR/PP-R pipe increases the inner diameter of the pipe, thus increasing the water flow (increase by 20%).
