If you must blow, you must be loud💣🎇📢 I used to be someone who believed that the spotlight wasn't my thing. But then, I discovered that when you are behind the curtains, you search for opportunities and in the spotlight, opportunities find you, (if you know me well, you'd know I love "soft life" so I decided to get loud😏). Some people think they can just quietly “do their thing” and somehow, magically, everyone will know how awesome they are. Sadly, life doesn't "happen" that way. Here's the deal however, you don’t have to scream at the top of your lungs to build a personal brand, but you do need to speak up. People should know who you are and what you stand for, both online and offline. Be loud enough offline that when people see what you hear online, they agree with you 💯. This right here about trust. Build your personal brand around truth. Great names like Jasmin Alić, Katie A., didn’t get noticed by hiding in a corner—they shared their knowledge consistently, engaged with others, and built trust. It wasn’t about being too loud, it was about being present. At the end of the day, people trust those they know and can relate to. So, if you’re trying to blow, be just loud enough for the right people to hear. That's exactly what I'm doing here 😏. 😄 Whether you’re an introvert or extrovert, personal branding is essential—just find your balance. ______________________________________________ Welcome to a new week fellow LinkedIn staff 🤝😂, this is a wake up call to some of you who haven't shared anything in a while, we're waiting. LET'S GET LOUD in the comments together. Enjoy this week my friend. #Personalbranding #Bevisible #Trustandvalue

Well we've made all those great plans, it's time to get busy implementing them. You can do it, you can live your dream but for you must work for it. I'M ROOTING FOR YOU 💪

Hello LinkedIn staff, how was the weekend? It was busy for me but trust me, I took out time to rest and recharge.

Exactly, if you quiet, people cannot know you exist. It is impossible to want what does not exist. Thanks for this breakdown my friend Alfred Sofela

Once upon a time, I was the undisputed heavyweight champion of silence—introvert of the decade. 😁 Joseph, you’re speaking facts! I used to be the guy who thought, “Let my work speak for itself.” Spoiler alert: My work whispered… and nobody heard a thing. After too many missed opportunities, I realized something: In this world, if you don’t make noise, you become the background music. And trust me, nobody pays attention to the background track—they just vibe to it and move on. So, I switched gears—chronic introvert to loud extrovert in 3 business days. It wasn’t easy, but my guy, I like soft life too. Keeping quiet is the worst strategy in today’s world. I’ve learned that being heard is just as important as being good at what you do. 🗣️ 📢 Joseph Aladenika. MBA, MSc, SPOC®, FIMC, arpa, CSSGB

As an introvert myself, i used to enjoy my space so much that I can go a day without talking to anyone. I can completely relate to the idea of shying away from the spotlight. I used to think that if I worked hard enough, people would eventually notice my efforts without me having to say much. But I’ve learned that staying quiet doesn’t help you get where you want to be. If you want to be seen, you have to be heard. It’s not about being someone you're not, but about showing up, being intentional, and letting people know your value. You don’t have to be the loudest in the room, but you need to make sure your voice is heard. Thanks for the wake up call Joseph Aladenika. My friend said we should be loud here 🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣, this is me trying to be loud😂😂 Well said my friend, you can't get noticed hiding in the corner and opportunities come to those who lend their voices. You can't lend your voice in the corner! You need to be present!! And that way you get to build their trust!! Thank you for sharing my dear friend 😍❤️ Joseph Aladenika. I completely agree with you Joseph Aladenika. MBA, MSc, SPOC®, FIMC, arpa, CSSGB You don't have to scream out your lungs to build your brand; you only have to speak up. There's an edge visibility gives to a person and you're likely to not have that edge if you'd rather stay hidden. Choose to put yourself out there!📌📌 Share your knowledge! Let your audience know you—feel you. Build credibility and authenticity. Cheers to visibility 🥂 Enjoy this week too, my Friend!🌹

You can't afford to be on LinkedIn and not be loud, whether you are an introvert or extrovert. You have to blow your trumpet like you don't care. 😁 Welcome to a new week, Joseph
