The Push Up Challenge for Mental Health holds deep personal significance for many, including myself and friends who have faced mental health struggles. Participating in this challenge not only promotes physical fitness but also symbolizes our collective journey towards breaking the stigma surrounding mental illness. Each push-up represents a step toward honoring those we know who have battled these challenges, and a commitment to supporting those who continue to fight. Without initiatives like this, countless individuals might lack the resources and support they desperately need. By joining the challenge, we raise crucial funds for mental health organizations, ensuring that support systems are available for those in need. This collective effort is a powerful reminder that we are not alone, and together, we can foster a society that prioritizes mental well-being and provides the necessary resources to help everyone thrive.

🌟 Digital Rapport is Taking on the Push-Up Challenge! 🌟 From May 28th to June 24th, David Cowling and Helen Molloy will join thousands of Australians in the Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness for mental health. This is ALOT of push ups between two people, but we are committed to making a difference and supporting mental health awareness, and we encourage everyone to join us in this important cause. 🤝 Let's push together for better mental health! #PushForBetter #MentalHealthAwareness #FitnessForACause #DigitalRapport #PushUpChallenge #MentalHealthMatters

“Increase resources” this Mental Health Month 🌱 Yes, mental health awareness must be advocated for this month and every month, but what actionable steps can we take to create change? Gabrielle Juliano-Villani, licensed clinical social worker and owner of GJV Consulting and Training, sheds light on how we have made great progress toward removing the stigma from mental health—with major help from younger generations—yet many people still desperately need access and resources to mental health. Increasing resources can happen in many forms: - Start conversations in the workplace or at school to spark connections - Seek out free groups and databases with educational material to share with communities and businesses - Promote non-profit organizations that offer free mental health services to children and adults in need Did we leave out any? Drop them below.

Today is Suicide Prevention Day and at City Demolition we believe that raising awareness about mental-health is crucial🧠 Within our industry alone, 6,319 suicides registered in the UK in 2021, 507 of those were in construction. Demolition isn't just about tearing down walls – it’s about building foundations for stronger futures, and that includes mental well-being. Which is why we partnered with the wonderful charity, Mates in Mind and have a number of trained and dedicated mental health first-aiders on our team👷♀️ 👷♂️ Mental health struggles can affect anyone and it's important that we create environments both in the workplace and in our communities where people feel supported. Recognising the signs and being there for someone can save a life 💙 If you or someone you know is struggling, don’t hesitate to reach out. Let's continue to break the silence around mental health by encouraging more open conversations and ensure that no one has to face their battles alone 💙 #worldsuicidepreventionday #worldsuicidepreventionday2024 #mentalhealth

🌍💚 Today is World Mental Health Day — a reminder that mental health matters for everyone, every day. This year, I’m proud to support the Black Dog Institute Walk for Mental Health, joining thousands across the country to raise awareness and vital funds for mental health research. Walking together is more than just a step forward — it’s a statement that we stand by those struggling in silence. Remember, checking in with your mates is one of the simplest but most powerful things you can do. A conversation can change a life. Let’s keep the dialogue open, break the stigma, and look out for each other. If you’re struggling, reach out. If you see someone else struggling, check in. We’re all in this together. #WorldMentalHealthDay #WalkForMentalHealth #BlackDogInstitute #MentalHealthMatters #CheckInWithYourMates
