HERE ARE 5 QUESTIONS YOU CAN ASK TO IDENTIFY YOUR SHOP'S UNIQUENESS📋 Have you ever been at a loss for words when someone asks you what’s unique about your business? It takes a powerful offer to persuade someone to leave their current job and join your team. And powerful offers are created around features and benefits that you can offer and others can’t. Powerful offers can also be crafted through unique combinations of common features and benefits. We ask over 90 questions when we hop on an onboarding call with a new client/shop to get to the core of their uniqueness so we can write compelling ads that attract good technicians. I’m going to let you in on a shortcut. Here are the top five questions that will help you zero in on what makes your shop unique: If a tech told you, "I've got 2 other shops I'm talking to, why should I go with you." What would you say? If you could describe how you operate in three words, what would you say? Do you have a company mission or a vision of the future? Something that employees can get behind and be a part of. It should be short, interesting and inspirational) What do your employees say about working for you? What do they like about working there? What would you say that your company culture is? (Examples: team oriented / family oriented / Individual achievement oriented / goal oriented / etc.) Don’t run another help wanted ad or conduct another interview until you’ve taken 25 minutes to sit down and really think about the answers to these questions. Just the simple act of thinking through the answers to these questions will change the way you communicate with candidates. It will magnify your certainty… …it will demonstrate strong leadership… …it will make every conversation you have more persuasive. And that means, you get to have a fully staffed shop filled with high-performing team members.🔧 #Jobs #Staffing #Employment #StaffingAgency #Repair #Auto #Hiring #Automotive #Mechanic #Technician #TechnicianFind #AutoRepair #AutoRepairShop

𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟭𝟬 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗿𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁! Recently, we celebrated the 10th anniversary of one of our key employees in the international sales department – Arne Wischka von Borczyskowski Congratulations, Arne! Taking this opportunity, I want to introduce you to the International Sales Team at Wireland, starting with Arne. I want to express how much I appreciate Arne's daily contributions. Let me list the advantages and benefits of working with him, and you might realize that 𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲. Arne has extensive experience in store equipment. His technical mind allows him to create concepts and sketches without needing to consult our designers. This often significantly shortens the implementation process. By the time our designers are ready to dive into a project, Arne has already discussed ideas, sketches, and technical solutions with the client. Additionally, you can communicate with Arne in four languages – German (native), English, Polish, and Dutch. He also has basic knowledge of French. Apologies for the stereotype, but there's always a grain of truth in stereotypes, don't you think? – Arne, as a true German, ensures everything is in order, documentation is meticulous, and nothing gets lost. He personally oversees the projects entrusted to him, which often prevents errors. Lastly, I must mention the long-lasting relationships Arne builds. These are strong, partnership-based connections, which is something our team values the most! Arne, I’m glad you are part of our team, and that we are shaping international sales at Wireland together. Congratulations once again, and here’s to many more successful years at Wireland! 🥂 #Anniversary #Teamwork #InternationalSales #Appreciation #Wireland #POS #Displays #Retail #StoreRetail

At Melanie Casey Jewelry, we value… …integrity. We don't take shortcuts and we don't compromise. We uphold high standards and reliably make decisions that are in support of our standards. …caretaking. “What will benefit our client most?” is the first question we ask when we make decisions. Extraordinary customer care is our first and most impactful priority, and we likewise care for our own team members. …intentionality. Our designs are created intentionally, with every prong and accent diamond serving a purpose. Similarly, our interactions with each other and with our clients are done with intention, never haphazardly. …flexibility. The only constant is change. We are consistently flexible, pivot regularly, and hold "the way it's always been done" in contempt. …innovation. Historical limitations placed on design, execution, people, and processes are obsolete. We never stop innovating and we seek new ways of doing things because creativity is not limited to design. …accountability. We own our choices and actions and take responsibility for the outcomes we produce without blaming external circumstances or other people. …collaboration. We work together to find the best solutions. We are open minded and ask questions, and we rely on combined knowledge to produce the best results. …improvement. We are never satisfied with the status quo. We seek out new technologies and systems to improve efficiency and client experience. …growth. We operate with a growth mindset in all we do. We provide an environment of professional development for our team and work to increase our presence in the fine jewelry industry. As fashion specialists, we are very aware that some of the terminology we use is very unique to us, were going to spend the next few days looking at some of the words and phrases you might see & hear during your job search. We're kicking things off with a manufacturing term, so not only used in fashion, but something you will come across in many types of role: Critical Path. You'll see Job Adverts looking for experience with Critical Path Management, the Critical Path refers to a detailed production plan that outlines all the necessary activities and their timelines to ensure that production runs smoothly and meets delivery deadlines. It's essentially a project management tool used to track the progress of fashion projects from conception to market. Here's a breakdown of what it involves: 💡Scheduling Steps: It includes all steps from research and design, fabric selection, fittings, and sample approvals. 💡Timeline Management: Ensures that each task is completed within a specific timeframe to avoid delays in the overall production. 💡Coordination: Helps in coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and components. 💡Monitoring Progress: Often maintained as a document (normally an Excel sheet) to keep track of samples, lab dips, and other production milestones. If you'd like any other help with terminology in job descriptions., or general help and advice with your job search, you can find a section on our website with candidate help and resources. https://lnkd.in/ewGhDZWG
