"The speaker doesn't work." In our experience, the "speaker" could be a speaker, a microphone (because one speaks into a microphone), a headset or a order confirmation screen. While on topic, it helps tons if customers leave us detailed voicemail when they need something instead of just hanging up thinking that we will know they want a call back. If we are given needed information it can greatly expedite a solution.
