10moThese days, Justin Thorogood, I measure alliance success based on the following criteria: → Are they ignoring me? → Are they ignoring my customers? → Have they massively inflated pricing recently? As long as the answer to all three is yes, I know I'm dealing with a tier 1 vendor You guys need to up your offensiveness and scale out your total lack of empathy, to get to the next level. Genuinely enjoy working with you at the moment, which is no good at all.
