For those of you who are American history enthusiasts, you know that President Harry S. Truman had a sign on his desk that read: "The Buck Stops Here." It meant he accepted full accountability for all the decisions of his administration. Truman's stand exists in organisations today but, unfortunately, as the exception rather than the rule. #Obamination the Antithesis of Exceptional Teamwork Enter the Fractional Divide strategy as the Prelude to American Communism..... How does this serve American Exceptionalism or the Golden Rule??? No other Nation has more diversity and rather than Celebrate the Success of the Melting Pot to the Join of Continuous Improvements... the message was to fraction and divide.... and that was an unacceptable abuse of power that resonated to the reason why the Founders understood that an American Leader needed to understand above all the value of America as an American and NOT as the outsider who could NOT SEE Improvement to needs but only flaws. Great Dividers ARE NOT Builders because they miss the fundamental fact that Americans of Every Line bring the value of their uniqueness to the Joins on Exceptional Teamwork its what Makes it Work Better that above those lines we understand that it is what we build together that is Unique and Special in Value. Further that the Constitution and Our Independence celebrates the join of Rugged Individualism and Shared Accountability to the Greater Outcomes of Exceptional Teamwork. Teamwork which relies on currently overridden it would seem - checks and balances, transparency, integrity and operating strong controls supported by Ethical Implementation of the Laws and Rules and End to End Audits and Continuous Improvements and the Open Voicing of Our Differences towards Solutions... better doesn't come from silencing the ideas. #VDH explains this well and its the nonsense to keep Americans in Strife and to Defeat Teamwork at every level #CommonSense lose the Obamination of Bidenistan and get back to the lines of Exceptional Teamwork. The Evidence of the Founders, Pilgrims, Patriots , Our Earlier and Later Day Immigrants and Real States People was the large footprints of Independence, to Emancipation , to Suffragette, to Civil Rights and the woke bullshit is an Assault on American Values and American Teamwork The Last Point of Importance is to Note that On the Ground in the Most Diverse Community in America, In Queens New York where Every Nation, Every Language and Every Race meets..... AMERICANS DO NOT SUPPORT THE BULLSHIT and COMMUCRAP of the Great Dividers who would have you Love to HAte and Hate to Love that they may trade your Liberty for Servitude. Support Humanity and American Values on Teamwork END THE COMMUCRAP EFFLUENT SHOW... #impeach and #remove them and get back to ALL the things they wanted to take from you with the Lockdowns the values of faith, the Arts, Communities, Open Dialogues, the Courts of Recourse... theres a reason they didn't want you talking to your neighbors or the Others..... its because only in that way could they trade the bullshit of Hate and Divide for the Reality that is Evident to Exceptional Teamwork and the join of Human Value and Community Values where the lines of Accountability and the Core Understanding that we ALL come from the Same Creator is the basic truth at core.

Hear Candis Callison, Jennifer Brown, Noah Collins, Olga Ulturgasheva, Kim TallBear, with Wenona Hall and moderated by Zoe Todd. Watching yesterday's American presidential debate and reflecting on September 11th, 23 years ago, I wonder if we have grown wiser. Regardless of which candidate one may support, it saddens me to see two grown adults engaging in mudslinging while competing for the leadership of one of the most influential countries in the world. So much depends on good leadership. I hesitate to share the debate with my 13-year-old daughter. I’ve raised her to value respect, understanding, and setting loving boundaries for herself and the other. I strive to convey loving speech and deep listening, though I don’t always succeed—I am fallible too. At home, we often talk about the sanctity and equality of all life on Earth. We honor the traditions of being good guests in the house of Mother Earth and strive to be good hosts to those visiting our homes. One might say these are fairly conservative values, yet they fly on the wings of compassion and wisdom—carried by the wind of as much insight as we can possibly muster. How much compassion and wisdom do these aspiring American leaders express? I wonder how much insight they and the American people have gained since that beautiful early fall day 23 years ago, which has led to so much grief in the United States and worldwide. #ReflectingOnLeadership #September11 #AmericanDebate #CompassionAndWisdom #MindfulParenting #ValuesMatter #GrowingWiser #LeadershipMatters #LessonsFromHistory #RespectAndUnderstanding #GoodGovernance #InspirationForChange #HumanConnection #WisdomInAction
