Hiring process is not only about hiring a person you work with, it’s about finding a person who make our company atmosphere happier. The person who make changes in every body thoughts. A kind, mindful, happy body, who helps everyone grow and achieve their dreams.

Either you do as she says, or they won’t last! Experience, numbers, facts suggest that you should look for things that are substantial. When it comes down to proper work, actual concerns and questions will be different, less theoretical, more pragmatic and connected to our realities: - are we getting things done? - are we solving problems? - are we realibale? - are we trustworthy? - are we honest? - are we adding value? - are we effective? - are we aware that our livelihoods depend on our outcomes? - are we establishing sustainable relationships? And so it would go on. Hire for actual🔥, not just simple 🧨

If your new hire doesn't care deeply about your product, they're bound to fail. And in a remote environment, they'll burn out even faster. In other words, they need a North Star to guide them when things get stressful and projects pile up. That connection to the mission can help them stay the course even in the most difficult moments. When a product resonates with a candidate, they’ll work harder for it. And the whole team will shine because of that.

Key learning when hiring this year: Focus on finding someone who has a strength you don’t have. Investing in someone smarter than you will always pay dividends to the team and the business.

Who has it better, children or adults? Is it better to be a child or an adult? Adults routinely say children have it better, because they have little or no responsibility. When you ask kids, however, you get the opposite answer. Kids say adults have it better, and for the same reason, responsibility. I don’t have it, they say, and I want it. Highly creative adults, like kids, say it’s better to be an adult. Okay, who do you want to hire, people who want responsibility or people who don't? Firms have traditionally hired for stability, meaning settlers, aka change resisters, who won’t rock the boat. Talked with a friend yesterday who's facing an impossible choice: uproot his family and move to another state or lose his job. No promotion. No new opportunity.
