What goes wrong when a project doesn't sell as there are a number of things that can go wrong. 4 plan is extremely important. How you divide the space or how you plan the bedrooms. It could be the price. Sometimes the expectations of the seller is way off. The renovation budget is not enough. They've tried to do a full renovation and they have compromised on quality buyers. Today in today's market, there are two big here there are two educated and it needs to take all the boxes because there is a lot of competition. In the market now, so, so going back to how important it is to have the right contractor.
