My absolutely favourite subject to talk about! It was a pleasure to deliver the training for such an amazing group of people who are willing to listen and crave the knowledge – and that’s what makes us successful DS Smith. Continuous drive for improvement, hunger for knowledge and positive attitude so we can truly realize our employees' potential and strive to always optimize performance and value for our stakeholders.  “By recognizing the value of emotions in business and investing in training to improve emotional intelligence, companies can unlock the full potential of their workforce and drive success like never before.” Your mindset and behaviour are both essential components of success. Your mindset can be a powerful tool in helping you to reach your goals. It affects how you view yourself, your relationships, and the world around you. It's also crucial in how you approach challenges and handle adversity. The reason a high degree of emotional intelligence is increasingly valued and sought-after by employers and individuals is that it has such a deep impact on everything a person does. It’s a way of thinking and acting that allows one to be more aware and understanding of all those around him or her, leading to better and more beneficial actions and interactions.
