A very important issue for all of the clients that have shot blasting machines ... Do you know how much shot or grit is being thrown by the wheel during the blast cycle of your shot-blasting machine? By Reading the Value of the Ammeter and the table below, you can estimate the amount of abrasive flowing by the wheel; but this table is true when the Electrical motors are working under full load. If they do not work under full load, According to the high or low value read from the ammeter, you realize that enough steel shot is not flowing to wheels and there is a problem in your shot blasting machine. So other adjustments should be made.
