Hospitality is not a universal term. Geographically, demographically, culturally, hospitality can mean something different to different people. Our success comes from our ability to listen; to your team and your residents. Then we can take all of our expertise and resources and create the program that fits for your community. How can we elevate your resident experience? #cclhospitalitygroup

We desperately need community and groups, maybe today more than ever - how else can we learn to see the person behind the eyes, to understand our own assumptions, which are not bad, they are just what we come with... SO I'm glad to be learning more on facilitating groups from Lynn Preston and other group members in this new module on ''Facilitating Focusing Groups Communities and Conversations'' https://lnkd.in/eGtARkiM

There are many ways to treat chronic low back pain. Even a program as simple as a walk-run progression can be effective. A recent study in The British Journal of Sports Medicine showed a 12 week walk-run progression can help reduce pain and disability in people with chronic low back pain. The improvements were small but significant. The study doesn't suggest that a walk-run program alone is the best option. It just shows that it is a program that can encourage movement and help people reduce pain and disability. If someone enjoys walking, running, or both, they can safely use that intervention when experiencing back pain. Find the interventions that patients are most likely to stick to, taking into account their schedule, available equipment, finances, and enjoyment. https://lnkd.in/ewAjeb9Z

We hope you will enjoy the trailers for this thoughtful film called "The Ride Ahead." From the movie website, "Samuel Habib is a typical 21-year-old, itching to move out, start a career and find love. But no one tells you how to be an adult, let alone an adult with a disability. Can a community of disability activists help him follow his dreams?" Learn more about this film at https://lnkd.in/d-bwFeZw.
