Whether you're showing up authentically to a customer or to the rest of your team, people will reflect that back to you. That's one of the many reasons why it's important to create a safe space for communication and exploration in your meetings and on sales calls. You're there to create an experience, show what your plan is, and then to work that plan. #SalesTips

🔥 HOT TIP Stop your sales meeting / demo 5 minutes before the scheduled end. Take this time to; ✅ Recap what has been covered ✅ Orient and agree on next steps ✅ Ask your participants to open their calendars and find a time and date to next meet. Didn't get through all of your meeting agenda items?? GREAT! These are now your priority agenda items for your next meeting. WHY? ⌚️ Demonstrates professionalism and respect for everyone's time in the meeting. 🧩 A rushed end to a meeting is messy & means you have to asynchronously try and realign everyone on next steps. 🔑 It's a great test of the buy in and interest you have (based on responses of your prospects) 👻 Minimises the risk of the dreaded GHOSTING! Try it and let me know how you go!

Isn't it interesting how many sales meetings we have on Zoom or Teams these days? This medium has revolutionised how we do business but even though this has become the norm, it is surprising how many conversations I have, in the training room, about how to get the best from them. To help with this, I've recorded one of my Sales Tips Videos. #thisisnorthants #salestraining #salestips #salesmeetings #sales

The #1 reason people can’t book meetings or close deals? A lack of understanding. ❌ They don’t understand their niche, so their offer flops. ❌ They don’t understand their ICP, so they can’t spark interest. ❌ Their prospects don’t understand the offer, so they don’t buy. It all comes down to one thing: understanding. It's not difficult either: ✅ Ensure you understand them deeply. ✅ Ensure they understand you and don't confuse them. Increase the clarity, and you'll book more meetings & improve your close rate. Simples.
