Very true.....you need to respect that a Customer is giving you some of their time. This means you need work backwards from "results wanted" to "process used". Simply put, as this video outlines, provide them examples of problems you have solved and how it applies to them. Customers want problem solvers with high credibility. Standard presentations are frankly not going anywhere, check box meeting.
