You will work closely with developers, artists, and the QA team to manage the asset pipeline, ensuring smooth gameplay across consoles, PC, mobile, and cloud.    Key Responsibilities:  Optimize textures, models, and shaders for platform-specific performance (Consoles, PC, Mobile).  Implement Level of Detail (LOD) management to ensure efficient rendering.  Compress and manage audio files, balancing quality and memory usage.  Collaborate with the development team to integrate optimized assets into the game.  Use profiling tools to analyze performance and identify areas for further optimization.    Tools & Technologies:  Tools: Unity3D Profiler, Unreal Insights, Substance Painter, Marmoset Toolbag, ZBrush  Asset Optimization: TexturePacker, Crunch (Unity), LOD techniques, Asset Bundles (Unity), Nanite (Unreal Engine 5)  Rendering/Shader Tools: Shader Graph (Unity), Material Editor (Unreal)  Version Control: Git, Perforce Experience:  3+ years of experience in asset optimization for games.  Proficiency with optimization tools for textures, models, and shaders.  Experience optimizing assets for various platforms, including mobile, PC, and consoles.  Strong understanding of memory management and performance constraints on different hardware.    Core Competencies:  Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of the entire asset pipeline, including textures, models, shaders, and audio.  Detail-Oriented: Ensuring that all assets are optimized for peak performance without sacrificing quality.  Collaboration: Ability to work with designers, developers, and the QA team to integrate assets.  Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to different platform-specific requirements and rapidly changing project needs.   4+ years of experience managing live-ops or post-launch support in the gaming industry.  Proven experience with data-driven decision-making using real-time analytics tools.  Strong understanding of the player lifecycle, engagement strategies, and retention techniques.  Experience in multi-platform game management, ensuring synchronization across platforms.
