In The Past Week I Was Interviewed to Share My insights on How Education Plays a great Role in solving Social Issues. Our current curriculum, specifically focusing on my major (Community and Development Studies) trains us to be helpers. Through courses like Capacity Building and Social Work, we are extensively enlightened on the significant positive aspects of volunteerism. My major ultimately emphasizes community engagement and resource mobilization, equipping us with the skills to effectively gather and utilize resources to benefit our communities. Volunteerism is the cornerstone of community development. Did you know that Every hour of volunteerism brings us closer to a balanced and equitable education system? It is estimated that community volunteerism can increase development rates by up to 20%, fostering stronger, more resilient communities. Through my bachelor's degree in Community and Developmental Studies, I aim to address the challenges children and the community face in different spheres, including access to inclusive and interactive education. This can be achieved through mitigation actions like investing in technology and nurturing children's skills and talents, which can bridge the gap of educational inequality. Together,Let us continuously Join Forces in dedicating our time and efforts on working closely with community members where we can create impactful, long-lasting change that addresses educational disparities and promotes holistic growth to ensure all children and the community in general regardless of background, have the opportunity to learn and grow. #inclusiveeducation #volunteerism #technologyineducation #socialworkeducation #interactiveeducation

Shocking 23% higher! A 2019 study by 'Educational Psychology Review' found that kids using education aids scored 23% higher in math assessments than the kids who didn't. Yes, kids remember a concept well if learned via education aids. 1000s of kids in interior villages are learning various concepts through educational aids. It only took simple posters like the one you see in the picture. We, Team Everest NGO, create educational aids with the help of Volunteers across India. We distribute them to schools where the need is high. We have supplied 10,000+ education aids to 140 schools so far. Thanks to thousands of volunteers who have participated in this initiative so far. #EducationForAll #Volunteer #volunteering #CreativeTeaching #EducationalAid #teameverest #ngo #SDGs #SustainableDevelopmentGoals #SDG4 #India

Did you know that over 9 million youth live in low-income households in America today? Without access to after-school programs, these children are more likely to engage in risky behaviors and have lower academic success. Therefore, after-school programs are hugely important for low-income youth. They provide academic support, mentorship opportunities, and safe spaces to learn and grow outside of school hours. By volunteering as a tutor with Educate America, you can directly impact the life of a child in need. Just a few hours of your time each week can make all the difference to a youth seeking guidance. Another day to advocate for #ChildTrauma awareness! Today during our training, we implemented something truly unique: Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) into our lesson curriculum. We created a "safe circle," and it was an amazing experience for the kids. Schools and learning institutions should consider incorporating this into their curricula because the safe circle allows children to freely express their emotions with their tutors. This approach helps teachers to be not only physically present with the students but also emotionally connected. we had a drawing activity and it was a very amazing experience with the children. We had a great time today, and the children entrusted me with many personal secrets and life experiences. Knowing they have someone who listens and understands them is incredibly special for these children. With this teaching technique, children can learn faster, engage more efficiently in class activities, and improve overall productivity. A safe circle in a school is a supportive, confidential group where students feel secure to express their thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment. It promotes trust, inclusivity, and respect, often guided by a trained facilitator. The circle fosters positive relationships, provides emotional support, and helps resolve conflicts peacefully, contributing to a healthier school environment. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - #ChildTrauma #MentalHealthAwareness #ChildAdvocacy #SocialEmotionalLearning #NGO #YouthEmpowerment #EducationForAll #TraumaInformedCare #EmotionalIntelligence #SafeSpaces #YouthDevelopment #CommunitySupport #ChildrensRights #EducationReform #MentalHealthMatters #TraumaRecovery #NonProfit #InclusiveEducation

Ever wondered how a single act of kindness can create a ripple effect of generosity? I'm thrilled to share we concluded the Chen Zhi Scholarship's third batch final interview over the past weekend. We will support an additional 100 underprivileged university students in Cambodia for school fees, stipends and more. But there's more to this story. Empowerment in Action: Last weekend, 55 Prince Holding Group volunteers and 25 student volunteers from the first two batches volunteered their Saturday from 8am to 5pm. Community Building: These volunteers are interviewing and assisting candidates for batch 3, demonstrating the power of community and continuity in philanthropy. Sustainable Impact: It's not just about financial aid; it's about creating a supportive ecosystem where past beneficiaries become today's benefactors. This cycle of giving and growth is what truly makes the Chen Zhi Scholarship stand out. It's about more than just aid; it's about building a community of leaders and changemakers. P.S. How many people do you think one act of kindness can impact? Share your thoughts! #ChenZhiScholarship #Empowerment #CommunityBuilding #SustainableImpact #Leadership
