Balance issues can stem from sensory signals not getting processed properly in the brain. This can make it challenging for someone to feel steady on their feet. There are ways to help improve balance! One way is through sensory activities like swinging or rocking, which can help train the brain to better process balance signals. Another way is by practicing balance exercises, like standing on one leg or walking heel-to-toe, to strengthen those balancing skills.
