As a leader in client success, my goal is to ensure our clients feel the love and value we bring to the table every day. With the holiday season approaching, I’ve been reflecting on the tradition of sending holiday gifts. Is it still meaningful in today’s fast-paced, digital world, or has it become less relevant? Personally, I believe a thoughtful gesture—whether it’s a personalized gift, a hand-written note, or even a heartfelt thank-you message—can go a long way in building lasting relationships. It’s not about the size of the gesture, but the sincerity behind it. What’s your take? Are holiday gifts still a thing in your industry? Would love to hear your thoughts and ideas! #ClientSuccess #RelationshipBuilding #HolidaySeason

My Christmas Eve Hustle 🎄 (A Little Messy, But Mine) It’s Christmas Eve, and while the holiday buzz is in the air, I’m balancing a mix of work, reflection, and a sprinkle of festive vibes. Honestly, it’s not a picture-perfect day, but it’s one that keeps me grounded in my journey. Between brainstorming ideas for Orekelewa and planning how to turn Wabi Sabi into a one-stop shop for all fashion items, I’ve been sneaking in moments to study for my certifications. It’s not always easy, but I know these little steps are building something bigger. Today, I’ve been thinking about how much 2024 has taught me—the lessons, the wins (big and small), and even the moments I wasn’t sure I could keep going. This Christmas Eve isn’t just about celebration; it’s about gratitude for the process and the people who inspire me, especially here on LinkedIn. It’s far from perfect, but I’m learning to love the imperfections because they remind me of why I started. What about you? How are you spending your Christmas Eve? Are you working on your goals, relaxing, or soaking in the holiday vibes? Let’s chat—I’d love to hear about it! #ChristmasEve #RealJourney #Gratitude #YoungEntrepreneur #Fashion #Orekelewa #WabiSabi #20DayLinkedInChallengeWithHaoma

🎉 Christmas party season is nearly here, answer me this, do we ruin the Christmas party vibes? 🎄 As a business owner, I’ve always wondered about the perfect balance during the staff Christmas party. Do you stay all night, or make an early exit? For me, I rarely drink at our staff parties (call me boring). 🍹❌ I usually join for the meal, have one drink (non-alcoholic most of the time), and then I quietly slip away. Why? I feel like the team deserves a chance to truly relax and enjoy themselves without the owner hanging around. But here’s the thing… does this make me too reserved? Or is it the right move? 🤔 To my fellow business owners: 👉 What’s your approach to the Christmas party? Do you stay for the whole night, let your hair down, or head home early? And to any staff out there: 👉 How do you feel about having your boss or owner at the Christmas party? Do you like them staying, or would you prefer they make an early exit? #ChristmasParty #LeadershipThoughts #WorkplaceCulture

Is Your Christmas Playlist Driving Employees Mad? Last week, a grievance crossed my desk: A retail employee worked an entire eight-hour shift with nothing but Christmas music on loop. 🎶 “All I Want for Christmas is You” … for eight straight hours? That’s enough to make anyone reconsider their holiday spirit. Here’s the thing: while festive tunes create a welcoming atmosphere for customers, it’s your employees who live with it day in and day out. So, what’s the right balance? I’d say a 70/30 split works well. • 70% xmas music to set the tone for shoppers. • 30% regular tunes to keep employees sane and morale intact. And don’t forget to check in with your team—sometimes the smallest gesture (like asking their opinion on playlists) can make a world of difference. After all, happy employees create happy customers (and happy employers). How do you handle seasonal music in your workplace? Do you strike a balance, or do you dive fully into the Christmas spirit? Let me know your thoughts!
