Perfect Events Start with Perfect Venues: Why Walkthroughs Matter An unforgettable event relies on every detail, especially the venue. I remember a special time when we did a walkthrough at a new location. From the first moment, we knew this venue would be unique, but we also encountered some challenges. During the walkthrough, we found that the acoustics needed special attention, and we had to place some equipment differently than planned. This early check made sure the event went smoothly and professionally, leaving guests with unforgettable memories. For venues we know well, we don’t need a walkthrough. But for new or unique locations, we always recommend it.
