Mirror, Mirror on the wall, Who’s the greatest of us all? How many times have you wished to be the best? How many times have you sought to be praised, to be shown as a role model, to have everyone admiring you? Do we really need to be the best? Can’t we just be Our best? From a young age, we shared our dreams with others: “I want to be a doctor. I want to become a great engineer. I would like to teach.” As we grow up, those childhood dreams often transform into adult aspirations, hidden beneath the titles we hold in our careers. Yet, in adulthood, we may lose sight of the true essence of those dreams, becoming motivated more by money, fame, and power. Do we truly understand our role in the society? If the society were a chess board and you were a pawn, would you understand your role and power? Pawn is often seen as an insignificant expendable piece, however its potential for growth is unexpected. Pawns have the unique ability to be promoted to a queen, usually. The king represents ultimate power and authority, yet he is also the one who can be checkmated. The Pawn journey into a Queen would look like this in real life: ✅ Take small steps towards your goal ✅ Stay consistent in your efforts ✅ Stay focused on your purpose ✅ Keep it private So, are you a Pawn or a King?
