Klook you are disappointing me pretty badly, I’m not able to get a proper customer care to chat with. It’s taking a day for your customer care executive to come on my chat while I’m sleeping they come and wait for 10 mins and leave. Is this how it’s done ? I booked a klook Tokyo pass on 8th of November and I cancelled it on 9th Nov due to visa being rejected. I have been told that I can’t get refund, I want refund and I want you to look into this as it’s 300$ worth of my hard earned money. You can’t be cheating us like this.
