Kormotech Global’s Post

🗨️"Kormotech's secret is staying one step ahead of competitors, continually expanding into new markets in Central and Eastern Europe, and maintaining an asymmetrical mindset. Why can we say this? Kormotech didn’t just survive challenging times; the company grew when others put development on hold." Rostyslav Vovk, CEO and co-owner of our company, shared these insights during the START forum organized by media AIN and Kyiv Academy of Media Arts. ❇️ Rostyslav emphasized that our company doesn’t rely on temporary 'band-aid' solutions that only mask issues. Instead, we choose powerful, foundational strategies: asymmetrical thinking, bold strategic steps, and future-focused investments. Thanks to these approaches, Kormotech now holds a leading 30% of the Ukrainian market and is confidently moving into the global arena. Is it easy? No! ✅ However, asymmetrical thinking is the key to effectively managing challenges. For example, opening a logistics center in Poland and a factory in Lithuania has helped us avoid transportation and veterinary restrictions risks. Additionally, we’re actively training female employees in traditionally 'male' professions and automating processes to retain our team and address workforce shortages due to mobilization. We draw inspiration from our team and shared values. Rostyslav Vovk stresses that the company strives to create an environment that motivates employees to stay true to our mission and face challenges together. For Kormotech, this is more than just business; it’s a shared journey toward outstanding achievements, even in the most challenging times. #kormotechatforum #kormotechdevelopment
