The world needs wrestling. Wrestling is the human experience. Where grappling with opponents mirrors the struggles we face in our daily lives. Through wrestling, individuals learn invaluable lessons in perseverance, resilience, and the art of navigating adversity. Each match becomes a microcosm of the human condition, offering profound lessons in confronting fears, pushing boundaries, and extracting wisdom from triumphs and setbacks alike. Wrestling, therefore, stands as a timeless conduit for mining the depths of our past experiences and transforming them into catalysts for growth and self-discovery. My favorite quote: The "Man in the Arena" quote comes from a speech given by Theodore Roosevelt, the 26th President of the United States, in 1910. Here's the quote: "It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. Celebration your progress helps you appreciate your small wins which in turn boost yor sense of confidence Celebrating the completion of small accomplishment leads to completion of larger goals Celebrate yourself by doing some of the following 🏆Take a a couple minutes to celebrate, have a 5 minute dance party. I always have a reason to dance 💃 🏆Go for a walk in nature, may beyoga or your favorite exercise. Mine is running 🏃➡️ 🏆Listen to your favorite song and sing along. Mine is the happy song. I know very cheese🎉 🏆Look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself how awesome you are🧏♀️ 🏆Eat your favorite meal or dessert 🧁 Mine is lobster 🏆Have a massage, it's been proven to improve your inmune system. Another favorite of mine💆 🏆Arrange to spend to quality time with friends. I love going to a winery with my bestie and drink some good wine 🍾 🏆Feel gratitude, may be meditate.
