Far too often, customers and prospects get lumped into the brand "consumers" bucket. I've been guilty of it at times. But our national brand research shows there's an untapped contingent that is essential to building your brand. Who are they? Brand contributors. Here's what brand contributors do for brands they trust a great deal: -Recommend it -Share stories about it -Be more faithful to it -Go out of their way to find it And they'll do these things voluntarily. Categorizing brand contributors by demographics won't work. Coalescing by the attitudes that influence these behaviors, will work. Have you identified your brand contributors?
