I really like this article and not just because it is about food! But what can other businesses learn from this to help them progress their own sustainability journeys? I think the message here is that if businesses provide clear (and of course validated) information then employees and customers are far more likely to make more sustainable choices. Most people want to make positive impacts where they can but often lack clear information to be able to do so confidently. The result? A bit more of the "heavy lifting" towards delivering on net-zero and solving other related sustainability challenges gets done and businesses can achieve, enjoy, and communicate genuine progress towards their goals.
