The seeds of environmental stewardship are often sown in the fertile ground of our homes. When children witness their parents tending to a garden, composting kitchen scraps, or choosing to walk instead of driving, they're not just observing actions. They're absorbing values! These values take root and blossom into a lifelong commitment to protecting our planet. This early exposure to eco-consciousness extends beyond the walls of our homes, influencing friends and neighbors. A child who brings a reusable bag to the grocery store sparks a conversation. A family that participates in a tree-planting event or a cleanup, inspires others to join the movement. These seemingly small actions create a ripple effect, expanding outwards and transforming entire communities. By fostering a love for nature and a sense of responsibility within our homes, we empower the next generation to become passionate advocates for change. We create a circle of good, where sustainable practices and volunteerism become the norm, not the exception. Let's cultivate a generation of changemakers, starting with the simple yet profound act of leading by example. 💚 #we4all #RestorationDecade #EuropeanClimatePact #LeadByExample #Changemakers #YouthEngagement #Sustainability #Volunteerism

In the face of escalating climate crises and environmental degradation, the power of volunteering emerges as a beacon of hope. Each hour dedicated to environmental advocacy is not just an act of service; it's a commitment to safeguarding our planet for future generations. Volunteering is a catalyst for change, transforming passion into action. When we come together to clean parks, plant trees, or educate communities about sustainable practices, we create ripples of impact that extend far beyond our immediate environment. Each small act contributes to a larger movement, demonstrating that collective efforts can lead to substantial progress. Moreover, volunteering fosters a deep connection to our natural world. It cultivates a sense of stewardship, reminding us that we are not mere inhabitants of this planet but its guardians. This relationship inspires innovative solutions and sustainable practices that are crucial for long-term environmental health. As we stand at a crossroads, the time for action is now. By volunteering, we not only contribute to tangible projects but also inspire others to join the fight for a sustainable future. Together, we can amplify our voices, influence policies, and ignite a passion for environmental responsibility in our communities. Let us harness the power of volunteering to create a greener, healthier planet. Every effort counts, and together, we can lead the charge toward a sustainable future. Join me in this vital mission—because the world needs our hands, our hearts, and our unwavering commitment to change. 🌍✨ #Climate #Environment

We believe sustainability begins with people. Recently, our employees worldwide celebrated Environmental Awareness Month 🌎- an initiative led by our Renew Community of Interest to raise awareness about the effects of our actions on the environment. Our Renew community offered virtual and in-person events to raise awareness about the important ways people and the environment are connected and to discuss actionable steps we can take as stewards of our communities. A 'Let's Talk Sustainability' session was held, as well as a 'Clean Up' competition just to name a few. Watch the video to see our employee-driven volunteer activities that took place during EAM, and join us in helping to create a more sustainable future for all. #EnvironmentalAwareness #EnvironmentalAwarenessMonth #CommunityImpact #CommunityCleanup #WeAreBakerHughes
