But what if you don't launch new products that often? What other reasons could you give someone to come back? OFFER OF THE WEEK (of course) Could be: > a general discount with a time limit > a specific discount on an item or brand > a multi-buy offer > free delivery on a specific product or range > a free gift with a purchase > the chance to buy something before it goes on general sale Test what gets people engaged and coming back.
