As the 3rd generation of a family run business I continue to realize just how valuable these learnings were around a whole suite of skills from managing long term staff relationships (30+ year tenures) to marketing, finance and business development. But most of all, the understanding that we are personally accountable for our actions and must take responsibility for our decisions.
