💡 Key Takeaways on the Artist's Resale Right. - Resale right income increased by 4.9% in 2023 despite pressures in the art market, now representing nearly one-quarter of visual arts collections. - Global resale right collections have risen by 13.3% since 2019. - The UK remains the largest collecting country for this right, with income growing 4.9% to reach EUR 16 million. Since 2006, DACS has distributed over GBP 125 million to more than 6,000 artists and estates.
