Women DOMINATE the mental health space. In service providers, users and advocacy. And a load of you have commented on particular point in my latest article on Men’s Mental Health. Language - Specifically the language used in the mental health space. It’s vital that when you are promoting an idea to an audience, that you use THEIR language and for the last few decades the audience is women. So it’s no wonder that Men are often turned off by the idea of trying Meditation or Yoga. It needs to be pitched differently, because my word, do we as men need some help.
