Very often we are combine our Working at Height training with Medical First Aid training. This is a good combination that makes you aware of the risks, helps you understand the specifics of incidents that may occur during work at height. It allows you to practice evacuation and casualty handling scenarios. On the photo we can see a person being evacuated from a deep tank where working at height and confined space entry meet. This is one of the most difficult situations that can happen on board of the ship, and in this case, stopping the massive hemorrhage 🩸was a priority. #smtshipping #mfatraining #wahtraining #SMTshippingtrainingteam #stopthebleed Stay safe!

📸 Exciting moments from Preciouslife Medihelp! First Aid Training. Here’s a key tip for effective CPR: Ensure your shoulder, elbow, and wrist are in a straight line when performing compressions. This alignment maximizes the force and efficiency of each compression, improving the chances of saving a life. Steps for Proper Hand Position in CPR: 1. Place the heel of one hand in the center of the chest. 2. Place the other hand on top, interlocking your fingers. 3. Keep your arms straight, with your shoulders directly above your hands. 4. Use your body weight to compress the chest at least 2 inches deep. Remember, correct technique can make all the difference in an emergency. Equip yourself with essential first aid and CPR skills to be prepared for any situation. 💪🩺 #FirstAid #CPR #LifeSavingSkills #EmergencyPreparedness #HealthAndSafety #CPRTraining #BePrepared #PreciouslifeMedihelp #MedicalTraining

If someone is unconscious during a heart attack it is very important that you begin CPR right away. A heart attack happens when part of your heart is dying and the heart only has a few minutes left. So it is important that you do chest compressions, chest compressions and chest compressions because if you wait too long then that person is already gone. I want to make it known that CPR and basic first aid training is really important so that you can help someone that has a critical heart condition.

My passion is education and wellbeing. Education on first aid and CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) typically involves learning essential skills to respond effectively in emergency situations. This includes assessing a casualty, performing CPR, controlling bleeding, treating burns, managing fractures, and administering basic life support until professional medical help arrives. Training often combines basic theoretical knowledge with practical exercises to ensure competence in handling various medical emergencies. With First Aid we get the ball rolling,so that the experts can do their job more efficiently. But what does First Aid mean for you? Not only as an individual, but as a business? #wellbeing #firstaid #emergencies #actfast
