Our new aviation scholarship is “taking off” with RMIT University to support the next generation of pilots to complete their studies and commence their flying careers! ✈️ Through RMIT's Aviation Academy, Leidos is providing more than $100k of scholarship funding, which is available to final year students completing a degree in aviation at RMIT. The scholarship funding includes support for recipients to complete additional training, focusing on the specialised pilot skills that we require for our unique and diverse operations. This means students conclude their training ready for a career in special mission flying. We are committed to supporting future workforce development in a sector facing a significant skills shortage and the scholarship builds on our existing relationship with RMIT, setting up a “runway” for future collaboration opportunities. Hear more about the scholarship from RMIT Aviation Academy Director Lea Vesic, Airborne Solutions VP James Woodhams and Head of Flight Operations Jesse Young. #LeidosAustralia #RMIT #RMITUniversity #RMITAviationAcademy #aviation #aviationcareers #pilots #pilottraining #scholarship RMIT STEM College
