So, how can the UV resistance of PP materials be improved? 1. Add antioxidants: Antioxidants can prevent PP materials from undergoing oxidation reactions, thereby improving their UV resistance. 2. Add UV absorbers: UV absorbers can absorb UV radiation, thereby reducing the impact of UV on PP materials. 3. Surface coating: Coating the surface of PP materials with a coating containing UV absorbers can effectively prevent UV radiation. Advantages and disadvantages of solvent-free silicone release agent: 1. Environmentally friendly and safe to use; 2. There are light curing and heat curing systems, and substrates that are sensitive to temperature can also be coated; 3. No by-products are generated during curing; 4. The coating technology is complex and the coating machine has high requirements; 5. The leveling and adhesion of the substrate are determined by the silicone; 6. How They Work They do not have any disintegration effect themselves but assist water to penetrate the tablet. As a result, water can reach the particles of the disintegrants better, and these can therefore develop their effect more quickly. Which means the tablet disintegrates faster. The Wicking Mechanism The effect is based on wicking: hydrophilic particles, which are often very small, form tiny capillaries. Due to the capillary effect, water flows into them and is transported into the tablet. Colloidal silicon dioxide is a famous example.
