A cluttered home can make you feel overwhelmed, anxious, and stressed out, but by clearing out unnecessary items, you can create a more serene and organized living space. Here are a few tips to help you declutter: 📦Make Four Boxes Label the boxes: trash, recycle, donate and sell. Everything you decide to get rid of can go into one of those four bins. 🎋Start with Seasonal Decor If any out-of-season decorations are still up, it's time to take them down. Any items that you aren't excited to put up next year are great for the donation bin. ⏳Set a Time Limit Do some decluttering each day and limit the amount of time you spend working on it so it doesn't start to take over your whole life. 🧹Tackle One Zone at a Time Rather than looking at your home as one massive project, break it down into zones that are easier to tackle, and work one zone at a time 🍴Reclaim Your Kitchen Start with your kitchen first. In addition to being one of the most-used rooms in the average house, it's also one of the areas that is most prone to becoming cluttered. 📦Donate If you haven't used something in the last year and you don't have a good place to put it, that's a sign that you don't need it. Time to donate!
