I can summarize my findings by saying: “Health is Wealth” This system should be a priority, data from such a system should not be negatively viewed with potential to implicate employers but used as a means to help employers and stakeholders make workplaces healthier, which means more productivity and more revenue, and less spend on healthcare associated cost for ill employees. #PublicHealth #WorkerHealth #Productivity #Prosperity
