Ukraine has joined the EU Startup Nations Alliance (ESNA) 🇺🇦 🇪🇺 The Ukrainian Startup Fund has become part of a global community aimed at developing startup ecosystems. The Alliance’s main goal is to help member countries become startup nations. ESNA brings together 26 EU countries, Iceland, and Ukraine. Benefits for Ukrainian startups: — International partnerships — Collaboration with European startups — Increased competitiveness — Technical support — Access to new markets and European investments Membership in ESNA is another step toward global recognition of Ukrainian innovations.

A lot can be done to increase the transparency into the #deeptech funding landscape, especially in the earlier stages. So I'm glad to see a great attempt by First Momentum Ventures, gathering data from 30 different European VCs on expectations for HW first startups to raise capital. Whilst I think the numbers for the Baltics are more modest, it's still a great framework addressing multiple dimensions (team, tech, traction).
