Curious, Excited, and Passionate about the Life Science Industry

Great quote from Naveen Agarwal, Ph.D. : "We have to move beyond this mindset that documentation should take a lot of effort. We have to use technology in a way that allows us to document the important stuff, because at the end of the day the purpose of documentation is communication." On Harsh Thakkar's Life Sciences 360 podcast, Dr. Agarwal mentions how crucial technology is to documentation and risk management. He explains that documentation is not merely for compliance; and that it should tell a story about your facility, equipment, and procedures. From this story, leaders can then make informed, evidence-based decisions. Risk management shouldn't be risky and documentation shouldn't be daunting. This makes me wonder, if you invested in a cloud-system that tracks assets, maintenance, and work: would you see improvements in production and compliance? I remember Naveen stressing this on the podcast and it has helped me a ton on projects. When documentation is simple and has the right information, it’s easier to maintain.
