I remember that this was the longest duration of online training which involves 2 cycles for each group. It was a fully online session from 9 am - 5 pm, with breaks in between. The experience was beyond what words can describe, but I believe it makes us who we are today at Startlah. We become better by experience. Startlah Innovation PLT

Rahman Budi Putra Aswedha Fakultas Teknik - S1 Teknik Perkapalan UPN Veteran Jakarta 29 July, 2024, new day, new journey. This, is the first day of mentoring PKKMB. This mentoring was led by our mentor at group 86, which is Kak Ilham, or we usually call him Kak Iam. As the first meeting with the group, we started it with introduction, we introduced ourselves to the group. We tell our name, hobbies, origin of school, and what major do we in. After all of us have introduced ourselves, Kak Iam then start to introduce himself and start talking about the partibera event, as an event for new college students. Patribera is an event that occurs once a year as a procession of Welcoming new students in Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta. The event has a purpose of introducing the university to new students, such as the environment, facility, etc. Kak Iam then introduced us the task of the Patribera 2024, and explained to us how to do it, how to finish the task, the requirements, the deadlines, and the reason behind the task that was assigned to us, as a new students in Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta. There are 9 tasks that was assigned to us, the first one was to make twibbon on our personal instagram, the second one is that we have to make a group instagram account in order to finish task 3, and 7. Which is Review UKM, dan Perkenalan Ekspedisi Bela Negara. Overall, it was so much fun, Kak Iam was so good at guiding us through all of the task, and was very helpful when asked a lot of questions. Reflecting on my journey through traditional education, I often found myself scripting tales of adventures I'd never embarked upon – like strolls through the zoo in Hyderabad or tours of museums. This stark disparity between academic accolades and genuine life encounters underscores the limitations of a system fixated on grades. Meanwhile, #DNS schools in Europe champion a paradigm shift, prioritizing immersive, real-world learning experiences. As students, we recognize the inadequacy of mere rote memorization for exams. The call for education that nurtures critical thinking and practical aptitude resonates deeply. Yet, even armed with these ideals, it's dishearteningly common for us to forget the content of our inaugural academic odysseys, revealing the frailty of superficial learning. This journey prompts a critical reflection on the educational landscape, underscoring the imperative for a comprehensive approach that values understanding over scores. When working on new school builds, and moving from single cell to open plan environments, it's inevitable that the Pedagogical Approach will need to change, to be more compatible with the new space. New roles and structures will be needed to accommodate and manage roll growth and pastoral care of both students and teachers and there needs to be a core focus on relationships when bringing together four educational institutions onto one site. Te Putahi Maori o Manurewa will be Aotearoa's newest Maori Immersion Campus with an accelerated curriculum approach, which will make engaging in tertiary study prior to exiting secondary school the norm. Collaborative planning and curriculum integration around one topic will accelerate the learning with specialist teachers being more tuned into what their colleagues are doing. All students will receive a module booklet (kowae ako) with a tailored term teaching and assessment overview for every subject they are entered into. This increases teachers accountability to the students and to each other as colleagues. Student feedback was that they didnt want their photos on the front of their Module Book Covers ( Kowae Ako) so I've created different year level Kowae Ako covers with illustrations aligned to their topic of study; "Nga mahi a te rehia". #aiart
