Managing Director at Mole Group Utilities Ltd

Our innovative Smartflower solar solution is gaining popularity among businesses across the UK, from Scotland to the Channel Islands. Companies are embracing this technology to cut costs, achieve energy independence, and demonstrate their dedication to sustainable practices to both customers and employees. Here is a great case study of a company who have done just that with the Smartflower... As part of their goal to achieve an energy-neutral office, Merlin ERD, a global oil and gas consultancy, has installed the latest Smartflower at their HQ in Perth, Scotland. The solar panel rotates to follow the sun, maximising solar absorption and offsetting electricity generation during working hours. This Smartflower system allows them to generate 40% more power compared to a typical fixed system, with no CO2 output. Merlin's commitment to sustainable energy generation is evident through this installation, which is the second in Scotland and the first commercial installation in the country. The company's dedication to being environmentally friendly is commendable, and they encourage other companies to revisit their energy strategy. #smartflower #carbonneutral #energyneutral
