A new plant-based fiber that offers a superior texture and lower environmental impact compared to traditional meat substitutes has been introduced by Schouten - Specialist in Plant-Based Protein. The family-owned company's latest product, the Schouten NewTexture Schnitzel, showcases this innovation. CEO Niek-Jan Schouten expressed excitement about the launch, stating, "We're confident that Schouten's NewTextures will be a game changer."
