Hiring is the best part of my job at Revela Systems. Each hiring round I learn so much from the candidates I meet along the way, whether they end up joining our team or not. And I still have so much to figure out - How do we design a hiring system that circumvents our collective prejudices? What steps can we take to remove hiring biases? How do we scale our hiring without losing integrity in the system? Hiring AI talent today is nothing short of dynamic. We have two worlds colliding - one where the global economy is in a recession and the other where the AI hype cycle is causing a surge in demand for experienced AI developers.
