The ESG litigation and arbitration landscape in the EU is continuously evolving, with regulatory frameworks and legal strategies adapting to shifting needs and emerging challenges. This will be the focus of the event organized by #Chiomenti, Gide Loyrette Nouel, Cuatrecasas, Gleiss Lutz and Houthoff, taking place on November 27th in Paris.   This conference will provide an opportunity to examine ESG disputes from a comparative perspective, drawing on experiences from various sectors and jurisdictions and engaging with top legal and industry experts from around the world.   Sara Biglieri, Partner and Co-Head of the Civil Litigation practice area, will discuss the current landscape of ESG litigation within EU jurisdictions, exploring the latest trends and emerging challenges with a particular focus on the most contentious greenwashing and climate change litigation, both in the public and private corporate sectors. 🍀 Promoting sustainability through arbitration? 🍀 Castrén & Snellman and Delos Dispute Resolution are hosting a joint breakfast seminar to discuss the ways in which arbitration can promote sustainability and tackle climate change. The risk of ESG disputes is now a part of corporate reality, regardless of a company's line of business. Arbitration can play an important role in resolving such disputes internationally.
